MINKTRESSES PURCHASE POLICY

 

By purchasing from Minktresses, you agree to the following policies, terms, and conditions. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. PRICING, PRODUCT VARIABILITY, AND QUALITY DISCLOSURE
Minktresses reserves the right to adjust pricing, grades, colors, and product availability at any time without prior notice. Because our inventory is replenished regularly, each individual ponytail may vary slightly in length, grade, texture, and color. As such, Minktresses does not provide any implied guarantees regarding the specifications of each unique ponytail.

Our raw virgin hair is collected from various donors, meaning quality differs from bundle to bundle based on factors such as donor health, nutrition, and environmental conditions. Most of our hair is sourced from economically disadvantaged regions, and slight variations are inherent in the raw hair industry.

Minktresses sells hair using the metric system, and minor variations may occur when converting measurements between metric and U.S. standards.

Minktresses is committed to providing customers with the necessary information for an informed purchase. Please contact us before completing your order if you have any questions regarding our products.

 

2.CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, it is final sale and cannot be canceled under any circumstances. All hair collections are custom-made to order.

 

3. PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Minktresses does not offer price adjustments once an order has been placed. The price at checkout is final and will not be modified after purchase.

• Promotional pricing is valid only during the designated promotional period.

•. When a price reduction is displayed as a comparison price, discount codes will not be honored.

• No exceptions.

 

4. LENGTH AVAILABILITY & ADJUSTMENTS
Due to the unique nature of raw hair, length availability may fluctuate. If the ordered length is unavailable:

• Minktresses will upgrade the order to the next available length at no additional cost to the customer.

• If only a shorter length is available, Minktresses will contact the customer before fulfilling the order to discuss available options.

 

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To ensure the highest level of sanitation and quality control, all human hair sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

•. Customers are encouraged to ask any product-related questions before purchase by emailing TeamMink@Minktresses.com for prompt assistance.

• All non-hair products, including jewelry and accessories, are final sale and not eligible for return.

 

6. PROCESSING, SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Processing & Shipping Timeframes Each order is considered a custom order, and processing times vary based on the specific hair collection or product selected. Orders are processed in the order they are received and adhere to the timeframe specified in each product description.

⚠️ We strongly advise against waiting until the last minute to place your order.
If you have an upcoming event or appointment, please place your order well in advance to account for:

• Processing time

• Shipping carrier delivery estimates

• Possible delays beyond Minktresses' control

Minktresses is not responsible for missed appointments due to shipping delays. We recommend booking hair appointments only after receiving your order.

 

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Minktresses offers multiple shipping methods for international orders.

• The customer is fully responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

• These fees are not included in the order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

 

8. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

• If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to re-ship the order.

• Minktresses is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

 

9. FAILED DELIVERIES & REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Orders that are undeliverable, refused, or returned to sender will not be refunded under any circumstances.

• Customers must ensure they are available to receive their package.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and deliverable address.

• No exceptions will be made.

 

10. LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS
If you suspect your package has been lost in transit, contact us immediately so we can initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

• If the package is confirmed lost, Minktresses will only resend the order if the customer has purchased Minktresses' Package Protection at checkout.

• If package protection was not purchased, Minktresses is not responsible for replacing or reimbursing lost or stolen orders.

MINKTRESSES' PACKAGE PROTECTION – HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

At checkout, customers have the option to purchase Minktresses' Package Protection to insure their order against loss, theft, or damage in transit.

🚨 IMPORTANT: If "Minktresses' Package Protection" is not selected at checkout, Minktresses will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Customers who decline package protection assume full liability for any loss or damage.

 

11. POLICY CHANGES
Minktresses reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time, including but not limited to pricing, shipping, processing times, and order procedures, at its sole discretion.
